- ➤ Since its inception in 2000, Season of Sharing has provided over $50 million to help more than 50,000 local households cover rent, utilities and other critical needs in Sarasota, Manatee, DeSoto and Charlotte counties. The Community Foundation of Sarasota County directs every donation directly to families—while the Patterson Foundation will match gifts with an extra $100,000 for every $500,000 raised until the end of January. ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A family dog was found dead after a structure fire in Sarasota on November 1 as fire crews responded, and officials have not yet released additional details. ABC 7
FINANCE NEWS
- ➤ Florida Lottery released winning numbers from its November 1 draw, including games like Powerball (02-26-43-44-62 with Powerball: 22) and Cash4Life for players who checked their tickets.
