- ➤ Father Charleston Wilson, rector of Church of the Redeemer in downtown Sarasota, was appointed by the Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church to the Board of Trustees of the American Friends of the Anglican Centre in Rome—supporting dialogue between the Anglican and Roman Catholic churches—and traveled to Rome in late September for his first board meeting.
