- ➤ This weekend, Sarasota hosts the inaugural Siesta 7s Beach Rugby Tournament at Siesta Beach on Saturday, following a Friday party at Daiquiri Deck in South Siesta Key and a Saturday bar crawl in Siesta Key Village. - ➤ Sisterhood for Good hosted its annual Grant Expo on May 11 at Gold Coast Eagle Distributing, where 23 nonprofits out of 129 applicants showcased programs addressing local needs+community support, and will award $150,000 in grants on June 25 at 5:30 p.m. at the same venue. Observer
