- ➤ Florida gas prices saw a small decline this week from $3.934 to $3.879 a gallon, yet rising fuel costs are pressuring USPS to add an 8% fuel surcharge effective April 26 (pending Postal Regulatory Commission approval) and prompting airlines to raise fares. Sarasota Herald-Tribune
